Who are we?
We are Gracie and Colby Calabrese, Students (Gracie is in middle school, and Colby is in high school), 4-H members, and farm kids; who enjoy raising animals.
What do we do?
We raise heritage breed hogs, on organic forage that we plant on our farm.They eat legumes, peas, grasses, turnips, kale, alfalfa, fruit, and nuts. Our hogs are provided space to root and dig, plenty of fresh water and shade. Each one has a purpose, to provide excellent tasting pork, bacon, and ham for our customers.
Why?
We are passionate about excellent tasting pork. We love bacon, and we know others like you share that love too. Not everyone can raise a hog; we want to provide our customers that excellent tasting option!
